It is known to all the moments we are going through these days due to the pandemic by COVID-19, and the effects that this health crisis is having on our society, not only in the purely human sphere with the loss of lives, which we regret and from here we send our encouragement to family and sick, but also affecting the limitation of mobility and concentrations of people in cultural events as we conceived until now.Possibly the restrictive measures adopted for the socio-cultural manifestations in the open air will be alleviated in the near future, although thinking about this today is something impossible to guess and in what dimension they would take place, consequently creating a logical uncertainty, which in an act of responsibility, thinking about the health and respect of neighbors and visitors, has led us to make a definitive decision, unanimously agreeing our Association.Cancellation of La Noche en Vela de Aledo 2020.We feel the reasons that have led us to this sad determination, since the people of the town of Aledo, and just like in past editions had their new creations in the pipeline or in progress to take them to the streets and be the delight of who visits this singular and special event.We will return if the new times allow us in early August in 2021, as always full of enthusiasm, and surely with more desire than ever to return to enjoy a night as charming and enchanted as La Noche en Vela de Aledo.Thankful for your understanding and wishing for a speedy recovery from this situation.THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SOCIOCULTURAL ASSOCIATION “LA NOCHE EN CELA DE ALEDO”
